I don't purchase these consistently, however generally stock up on whatever I'm running low on, or whatever I'm longing for. I've all that much discovered that neglecting to arrange is wanting to fall flat, so I generally keep sound snacks around.

Remember your calendar when nibble arranging! For instance, I'll bring a protein bar on Tuesday evenings to crunch on between the rec center, Chicago Achievers Project gatherings and home (since I won't return home until 8:30pm).
